2016.10 - Present PhD candidate, Experimental Polymer Physics, University of Freiburg.
Thesis title: “Investigating Crystallization, Optical Properties, and Charge Carriers Mobilities in Selected Conjugated Polymers”.
Supervision of Prof. Reiter.
2012- 2014 M.Sc. in Physics, The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
Thesis title: "Role of Polyelectrolyte’s Layers in Organic Field Effect Transistors"
Supervisors: Prof. Ebinazar Namdas and Dr. Mujeeb Ullah Chaudhry.
2001- 2005 B.Sc. Physics, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

2.    Work Experience

2006 - Present Researcher at National Nanotechnology Center, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), where I participated in following technical and scientific projects:
2014-2016 “III-V Quantum Well Lasers” with Dr. Marzook Alshammari in collaboration with Prof. Mohamed Henini, Nottingham Nanotechnology and Nanoscience Center, UK.
2009-2010 “Nano Light Emitting Diode” with Dr. Ahmed Alyamani.
2008-2010 "Studying of Some Magnetically Doped Semiconductors for Spintronics Applications” with Dr. Ahmed Alyamani.
2006 -2008 "Develop Si Nanoparticle Product Device" with Dr. Abdulrahman Almuhanna and Dr. AbdulAziz Bagabas in collaboration with Prof. Munir Nayfeh, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.

Crystallization of conjugated polymer.
Influence of light on conjugated polymer.
Organic optoelectronic devices.
